The CRM Course consists of the following Modules:

The Crew Resource Management Course is now mandatory for all Professional pilots working for an AOC holder, and is highly recommended for all pilots seeking jobs in the Commercial Aviation Industry.

The initial course takes two days to complete and candidates are required to renew the course once a year. The refresher course is a one day event.

The course is designed to enhance a Flight Crew Members ability to communicate with his/her colleagues in the cockpit environment and improve their decision making capacity. "It is not WHO is right, but WHAT is right".

The CRM course is NOT Psychotherapy and is in no way designed to Diminish the Captain's Authority.

CRM is a tool to aid Flight Crews in communication, decision making and situation awareness.

Courses are held in a Luxury 5 star hotel, at a location that is most convenient to all candidates.
